Job Details

Position Summary

Part-time instructor to provide classroom instruction in the Mechanical Design technology area of ASET division; Teach courses in the area of Solid Works, AutoCAD and other 3d modeling software.

Essential Job Functions

Teach students in the area of CAD (Computer Aided Design) using SolidWorks modelling software primarily with hands on emphasis in a computer lab. Additionally have knowledge of GD&T, prototyping and other 3d modelling software.

Requirements

Must have a bachelor's degree in a related area; Manufacturing, CAD, Computer Aided Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering Technology.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in industry required in the field.
Master’s degree preferred.
Online teaching and use of LMS system desired.
Prior teaching experience is helpful.
