Description:

Hofstra College of Liberal Arts and Science is pleased to invite applications for an adjunct faculty position in the Department of Chemistry at Hofstra University. The Department of Chemistry welcomes applications in any area of chemistry or related field.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Position includes teaching either introductory General Chemistry lecture or lab courses or Organic Chemistry lab courses.
  • Teaching load is one or two courses per semester.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree required.
  • Successful candidates will have demonstrated a commitment to promoting equity, diversity and inclusion in an educational environment.

Preferred Quals Summary:

  • Doctorate preferred
