Job Details
This position maintains the University’s building systems, equipment, and structures. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of building interior finishes, building envelope systems, furniture, fixtures and equipment. Projects range in scope and complexity from simple furniture repairs to completing entire interior renovations. This is a full time, on-campus position. Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of:
- Building interior finishes; wall and ceiling systems; locks and door systems; and all flooring types.
- Assist plumbers, electricians, and HVAC staff on minor installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
Requirements:
- Carpentry/masonry apprenticeship required
