Offering B.A. and B.S. degree programs in the liberal arts and engineering, Lafayette enjoys a distinctive reputation for having university-like resources within an intimate and increasingly dynamic and connected community. Lafayette is proud to be considered among the most compelling and successful colleges in the country. The successful candidate will play a key and active role in helping elevate Lafayette's presence on the national and international stage.
General responsibilities for this position include managing all aspects of in-person and virtual (online) recruitment work for an assigned territory:
● representing the College at college fairs and high school visits;

Qualifications
The successful candidate must hold a bachelor's degree, and be willing to travel domestically and possibly internationally. Extended hours during the academic year, including evenings and weekends (when necessary) are the norm. The team seeks a teammate with an appreciation for the power of a liberal arts education and who can effectively engage students from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are expected, as well as the ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple projects concurrently. A high level of energy and an excitement for young people and their aspirations for college opportunities are critical components to being successful in this role. Prior experience with Slate, Lafayette's Admissions CRM, is preferred. A valid driver's license is also required.
