The Department of Art Education at Kutztown University invites applicants for a temporary part-time position to teach courses in the following areas: supervision of student teachers, integrated arts for PK-4, and graduate courses in the Arts Administration Program. Courses will be offered in-person or online in the spring semester of 2025. In accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, performance review and evaluation of faculty is based on effective teaching and fulfillment of professional responsibilities, continuing scholarly growth, and service. Required: Master's in Art Education or related field, and three years of PK-12 art teaching experience. Preferred: Ph.D. or Ed.D. Applicant should demonstrate a clear understanding of contemporary and historical trends in art and art education. A successful interview and demonstration of relevant ability are required.
