Advertised Position Title:FWS Student - America Counts Math Tutor (Federal Work-Study)

Job Description:

** This position is open exclusively to current Students at Owens Community College who are eligible for Federal Work-Study.

Tutoring elementary-age students in Math at area schools or other educational facilities.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to follow directions

• Able to work with young children

Essential Functions:

• Tutoring elementary-age students in Math at area schools or other educational facilities.

• Must be eligible for Federal Work-Study program. Must pass background check and TB test.

• Please note that an additional background check must also be passed, and the applicant will be responsible for paying the fee (approximately $52).

• Placements will be in Wood County.
