Under the direction of the Marketing Coordinator, create and design a variety of communication, marketing, and promotional items for students, parents, faculty, staff and visitors. Create and design in a variety of print and electronic mediums including social media, displays, newsletters, brochures, posters, banners, etc. Assist with capturing, editing and organizing photos/video for library marketing needs. Serves as assistant at tabling and outreach events, will be assist with greeting guests, maintaining check in lists and general event operations. Will work with every library department to assist with marketing needs, event set up and break down, daily operational tasks and other duties as assigned. Maintain the visual standard of University Libraries by performing regular checks to ensure compliance with posting policies throughout multiple buildings.

Required Education: Must be a current CCU student who is enrolled in the Graphic Design program, hospitality and tourism program, or related course of study. Applicants may be asked to show examples of previous work, this can include class assignments and/or personal work.
Required Skills: Candidate should possess creativity, strong communication skills, excellent customer service skills, be task-oriented, organized, flexible and able to work independently. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite appreciated. Experience in event coordination appreciated.
