LOCATION: Green Bay
STANDARD HOURS: Typical hours Wednesday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Flexibility required to include other evening and/or weekend hours, as necessary.
Pay Range: $15.00 - $16.81 per hour
*Salaries/Wages for all finalists (internal and external) will be placed within the range based upon education, experiences, current wages, and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY
Provide administrative support to the Student Development team, specifically Counseling Services. Coordinate all promotion and marketing strategies for Counseling Services events. Maintain confidential departmental files, make appointments for students and maintain counseling schedules. Compile statistical data to be used for scheduling and reporting purposes. Assist with social media presence and team related project work.

Essentials Functions Statement(s)
- Provide administrative support to the Counseling team
- Provide administrative support to areas in Student Development as requested
- Provide technical and administrative support to the Counseling Referrals
- Operate front desk telephone to schedule or change appointments, transfer calls, and provide information
- Respond to the Counseling Services email inbox inquiries
- Coordinate promotion of counseling events; distribution of support materials, assist with workshop reporting
- Greet persons entering Department, determine nature and purpose of visit, and provide appropriate service
- Assist in preparation of reports, data collection, grant and quarterly reporting requirements.
- Maintain and research new items for department support materials inventory for staff use
- Attend departmental meetings and professional development seminars
- Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of new initiatives and special programming

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Associate’s Degree in Administrative Assistant or Business
Experience: Two years of experience in an administrative role
