LOCATION: Green Bay
STANDARD HOURS: 40 Hours per week; Typical hours Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; Flexibility required to include other evening and/or weekend hours, as necessary.
PAY RANGE: $22.90 - $24.69 per hour
*Salaries/Wages for all finalists (internal and external) will be placed within the range based upon education, experiences, current wages, and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY
Provide contract fulfillment support to account representative teams including maintaining appropriate data in multiple information systems. Respond to inquiries of internal and external customers.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Serve as the intake point of contact for contract service and department offerings. Code and enter classes into information system.
- Document contract forms and contract proposal information in the client management system.
- Support grant funded contracts through researching course table, grant class entry, budgeting, reporting, etc.
- Secure and write proposals for repeat business for specialized courses, maintain customer relationships, provide on-going support, and serve as the secondary point of contact with customer.
- Analyze and allocate financial data to ensure expenses are within proposed budget, document changes, and communicate discrepancies.
- Complete correspondence to outside contacts regarding contracts, modifications, out of district documentation, etc. Prepare and process documentation to fulfill contract including but not limited to, handouts, course curriculum, expense statements, instructor prep time, and faculty course agreements.
- Prepare and request customer invoices by verifying billing information, amount due and descriptions. Process and code vendor invoices with required vendor and tax form compliances.
- Work collaboratively with account executives, project management coordinators, finance, and all departments of the college.
- Coordinate activities to fulfill contract such as book ordering, catering, facility setup, audio-visual needs, etc.
- Compose and edit documents such as reports, proposals, contracts, presentations, agendas, minutes, drafts, etc.
- Investigate and reconcile reports and queries for missing grades, enrollments, instructor workload, etc.
- May provide work direction to other Support Assistants.

Education: Associate degree
Experience: Three years related experience.
