Summary

The Director is responsible for the oversight of all project management, with focuses on site safety, productivity, schedule, quality work, & trade contractors. This position ensures that all project management resources of the company have the proper expertise to execute construction projects and are managed and coordinated in an efficient and professional manner. This position ensures that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the satisfaction of our customers. This position leads the project staff for their assigned construction project(s). This position is responsible for oversight of all project administrative functions which include contract administration, procurement, document management, financial and risk management, scheduling, and quality control as necessary to support field operations from start-up to completion/closeout. This position reports to the Associate Vice President of Design & Construction and has Project Management direct reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. • 8 years of professional experience in estimating/project management. • Experience working in an academic environment.
