Enrollment & Reporting Manager

Posting Summary:Oversee and coordinate enrollment operations for Professional and Continuing Education (PACE). Manage enrollment operations, which include planning operational cycles, course build processes, and enrollment management analyses. Oversee enrollment management and course build processes for UVM’s Summer University portfolio. Oversee and conduct detailed analyses and reporting of PACE program/marketing/enrollment data; validate data reports across all systems; direct the production of program-level dashboards, tying together data from student information system(s) and customer relationship management tools. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making and program improvements. Facilitate communication of data to stakeholders with reports, visualizations, and presentations that clearly convey insights and recommendations. Oversee and conduct detailed assessments and reporting to resolve organizational technical and adaptive issues. Collect process improvement recommendations and work with PACE associate management team to implement cross-functional solutions. Serve as a resource and liaison with UVM Office of Institutional Research and Assessment (OIRA), Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), and the Registrar’s Office to ensure data integrity and consistency in reporting. As a member of the associate management team, collaborate with PACE colleagues and make timely programmatic decisions that contribute to organizational strategic goals. Supervision received from the PACE Director of Academic Operations.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience):Bachelor’s degree and three to five years related experience. Effective project management, planning, evaluation, assessment, data analysis and reporting skills required. Effective written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required. Experience in people management, strategic planning, and change management required. Experience and ability to effectively lead project team and work collaboratively within team environment required. Demonstrated expertise in Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables, and the ability to clean, organize, and manipulate large datasets to derive meaningful insights. Knowledge of spreadsheet software, familiarity with reporting tools and database software required.
Desirable Qualifications:Master’s degree in relevant field. Experience working with professionals in academic program planning and administration in a higher education setting. Experience supervising professional staff. Experience working with SalesForce, Ellucian Banner, or other enterprise resource planning/customer relationship management software. Ability to use Excel macros and VBA scripts. Experience developing dashboards with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Anticipated Pay Range:$62,000 to $70,000
