Job Title:Clinical/Field Experience Staff, Nursing
Pay Rate:$61.46 - $69.20 hourly
Position Type:Support
Position Summary:The Nursing Clinical/Field Experience Staff works as a member of an instructional team of full-time and part-time colleagues in the Nursing Department, to deliver high quality instruction to students. This position is responsible and accountable for evaluating the student in the clinical and/or laboratory setting and monitoring performance goals.
Required Minimum Qualifications:1. Currently licensed as a registered nurse in Maryland 2. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing 3. 2 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse 4. Successful clinical experience in the area of specialty 5. Clear background check, drug screen, and fingerprinting if required by clinical site assignment
Desired Qualifications:1. Master’s Degree in Nursing 2. Teaching experience in nursing education 3. Excellent oral and written communication skills 4. Ability to use varying styles and approaches that reflect an understanding and acceptance of the role of culture in a diverse, multicultural workplace
Work Schedule:Varying shifts based on clinical assignment – day, evening and weekend options.
