Job Summary

This position collaborates with senior and executive-level management in the development of operational systems and processes that foster enhanced simulated experiences in a nursing environment for undergraduate and graduate students.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing students' simulation laboratory work, and collaboratively plan clinical simulation and experiential activities for students in the School of Nursing.
• Collaborate with nursing faculty colleagues to address simulated and experiential learning and teaching issues and students¿ needs.
• Provide students and faculty with technical oversight and advice on the operation of simulation lab equipment, curricula integration of simulation activities, instructional methods, and policies.
• Teach courses for students in the School of Nursing that are appropriate to the instructor's credentials.

Primary worksite is on the employer's campus in Morrow, GA.

Position requires occasional travel to the Fayette Instructional Site located in Peachtree City, GA.

Required Qualifications

Requires a Master's degree in a health-related field and at least 1 year of experience in a clinical simulation and learning lab for nursing students.
