(Contingent upon available funding): 19.33 - 26.25, Hourly Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: The Department of Political Science seeks an organized multitasker to serve as its Programs Coordinator. Under the supervision of the department head, the Programs Coordinator will be responsible for the operations of the undergraduate and graduate programs including the organization of recruitment events and assessment activities. In addition, the Programs Coordinator would work to connect students with internship and mentorship opportunities. The Programs Coordinator would work closely with office staff, including the Department Head, Administrative Assistant, Director of Graduate Studies, and Director of Undergraduate Studies, serving as the lead collaborator between these areas with the day-to-day operations as the relate to the programs' events, activities, and initiatives. Bachelor's degree and one year of related experience.
