Job Details
- Prepare and analyze federal financial aid drawdowns.
- Establish and analyze new grant awards.
- Perform a monthly reconciliation of equipment between GL and Asset Management systems.
- Review Procard transactions and activity for select cardholders.
- Run and review reports for additions and disposals of capital and sensitive equipment.
- Run and analyze reports to find fixed assets purchased via Procard.
- Assist in financial statement preparation, review assets for Schedule C presentation.
- Assist in managing interim and year end close and adjusting entries.
Qualifications and Skills
- Two years of accounting experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- General knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Ability to work in Excel and all Microsoft office applications.
