OCROâs monthly schedule expects a minimum of 8 days onsite per calendar month. In OCRO, âonsiteâ includes meetings and engagement at multiple Stanford locations (SRWC, historic campus, SLAC, Stanford Newark, Stanford hospitals). In most teams with significant stakeholder relationships and interaction, the specific onsite days will be driven by opportunities to interact with stakeholders and OCRO colleagues in person. To continue to build upon our culture of community, OCRO aims for hybrid employees to work onsite at the SRWC location on most Wednesdays.
OCRO encourages the planning of schedules to minimize Zoom meetings during days spent onsite in order to maximize in-person interactions. Observed holidays, leaves, time off (both scheduled and unexpected), and business travel will not impact the onsite days for an individual (e.g., absent employees will not need to âmake upâ onsite days to meet a minimum threshold).
The expected pay range for the I position is $103,192 to $117,391 per annum for hybrid positions.
The expected pay range for the J position is $126,687 to $136,000 per annum for hybrid positions.
