Job Description:
The Central College catering team plans and services events large and small both on and off campus. We strive to incorporate sustainable practices into our service, including biodegradable products. We expect all employees to be respectful and courteous to our guests and their coworkers.
The Central College catering team has a range of duties including:
- Staging Events (preparation of napkins, tablecloths, and flatware, set up of event table layout, buffet set up, beverage preparation)
- Waiter Service (beverage guests at formal events, clear plates as meals are finished, packaging leftovers, event set up and tear down)
- Student Managers will assist the catering supervisors and chefs as needed as well as supervising other student workers during an event.
Requirements:
- Must be a Central College student
- Familiarity with catering operations helpful
- Ability to drive Central Dining Services vehicles available
- Pre-employment paperwork must be on file with the human resources office before employment begins.

The Central College academic community is dedicated to educating undergraduate students.
