Job Details
Saybrook University seeks a student eligible for Federal Work Study for the Advancement and Alumni Affairs Assistant position in the Office of Institutional Advancement.
Under the leadership of the Director of Institutional Advancement, the FWS Advancement and Alumni Affairs Assistant is responsible for focused institutional advancement and alumni affairs duties.
Position responsibilities include:
Assist the Alumni Association in event planning and development.
Schedule and support Alumni Association meetings.
Research potential grant opportunities and submit application templates written by Director of Institutional of Advancement.
Research potential and relevant corporate sponsors for the University.
Send pre-written donor recognitions and thank you notes on behalf of the University.
Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Be a current student in good standing at Saybrook University
Be eligible for a Federal Work Study position.
