Westminster College welcomes applications and nominations for the position of Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM), who will provide creative and strategic enrollment management leadership for one of Pennsylvania's finest liberal arts colleges. With a new and energetic team, as well as a strategic investment in technology and marketing, the next VPEM will have the opportunity to build on Westminster's enviable enrollment growth. This would be an excellent opportunity for a candidate who appreciates the special educational experience that small, student-centered colleges offer and who is looking for an opportunity where they have the foundation to be successful.

Westminster College (WC) is a four-year residential campus, located in New Wilmington, PA, and is proud to be nationally know for its collaborative environment, outstanding experiential learning programs, focus on student success, and the effort invested in making higher education affordable and attainable to all students.

The next VPEM will oversee the offices of Admissions and Financial Aid. Reporting directly to the President, the VPEM will be the chief enrollment officer for the institution, serving alongside a team of passionate, dedicated, and talented individuals on the President's senior leadership team; and play a critical role in shaping the College's future.

The Westminster administration and faculty are united in seeking a person who will provide visionary leadership to the enrollment management division and the College more broadly; use data to plan; execute enrollment strategies; understand and communicate the distinctive and transformative education offered by the College; and work across departments to develop innovative recruitment initiatives.
