Job Summary::

This position is responsible for assisting the Lab Manager in preparing labs for Physics Lab classes and keeping the labs clean and orderly. Specific duties include setting up equipment and supplies per laboratory class standard operating procedures; maintaining the lab supply inventory; preparing chemicals and mixing solutions; cleaning of equipment, instruments and work surfaces; and other related duties.

Minimum Qualifications::

High school diploma or equivalent required, must be 18 or older.

Physical Demands::

Lifting, bending, stooping and standing required. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Work Hours::

5 - 20 hours per week; flexible schedule with work hours to be determined by the Lab Manager.
