This position provides administrative support to the Vice President (VP)  and Assistant Vice Presidents (AVP) for Advancement, which includes managing schedules, preparing professional documents for donors, and generating regular Advancement metrics reports. Additionally, this role is responsible for executing complex clerical assignments and administering the daily operations of the office.   • Provide support to VP and AVPs for Advancement including; manage scheduling, prepare materials and supplies for Advancement-led events; and manage documentation on behalf of VP and AVPs, including reports, presentations, and written communications.


    Executes the daily operations of the office to ensure timely and organized delivery of Advancement activities; oversee office supply needs and work requests; manage expense reimbursement and budget for the Office of Advancement; manage department communications, meetings, and other project-based assignments.


    Facilitate meetings and events for Advancement staff; provide meeting agenda and minutes; plan and execute Advancement events, including staff retreats and donor events.


    Special projects and campaign support; act as liaison to external partners including consultants; conduct research and gather materials for surveys, reports and other data-based requests; designated as the official record keeper of Advancement procedures, policies, and documentation.




  • Associate’s degree preferred; combination of education and professional experience may substitute for degree


  • Three years’ related office experience; proficient Google Suite, time management, and organizational skills


    Ability to handle confidential information is essential
