Location

Our West Campus is located at 2400 Gillionville Road, Albany, GA 31707. Our East Campus is located at 504 College Drive, Albany, GA 31705. The Human Resources office for both campuses is located on the West Campus in Building K, Suite 111.

Job Summary

The Director of Title III is responsible for developing the Title III budget for approval and monitoring Title III funded programs to ensure that the programs are in compliance with institutional goal sand in accordance with the guidelines of the United States Department of Education. Develops and implements services and processes for academic support for students in developmental-level and gateway courses.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate programs for funding under the Title III grant as per federal guidelines

• Ensures programs comply with federal and University guidelines.

• Coordinates evaluation of all Title III activities and monitors progress of all grant activities, including site visits and consultation with Activity Directors.

• Plans and implements strategic planning and development for the institutional progress in collaboration with other institutional departments, committees, and external agencies.

• Implements strategic budgeting in the allocation of all Title III funds.

• Implements policies, procedures, and budgetary guidelines in compliance with federal and University guidelines.

• Serve as the liaison for the University and U.S. Department of Education

• Provide assistance to the President for priority programming and development

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Master's degree in Business or related field.

A Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience can be substituted for the Master's degree.

Required Experience
5 years of experience in grant funded programs

Proposed Salary

Salary is commensurate on experience and education
