As the PeopleSoft Data Analyst, you will develop a broad understanding of the University’s PeopleSoft applications and the data they hold. You will work with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team and functional stakeholders on key projects and initiatives in all three PeopleSoft areas (Campus Solutions, HR, and Financials) that require analysis and manipulation of data.
This position is part of Princeton’s Office of Informational Technology (OIT) Summer Experience Program. OIT is excited to welcome a cohort of undergraduate students to learn, explore, and gain professional experience in a variety of technical and administrative roles. All positions are sponsored by one of the six major departments within OIT, each specializing in a different area of information technology.
This is a temporary position.

- Assisting with data analysis, manipulation, and cleanup
- Writing SQL scripts
- Collaborating with technical team members and functional stakeholders to look for opportunities to improve data quality and governance
- Helping with documentation of processes and metadata
- Contributing to ongoing ERP projects as needed
