Description:

The Department of Engineering at Hofstra University seeks part-time, adjunct faculty for engineering in the following area: Strength of MaterialsResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Teach core course in Strength of Materials, Spring 2024 Semester – Tuesdays/Thursdays 4:20-5:45 pm
  • In-person classes
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students with diverse backgrounds and be committed to equitable and inclusive pedagogy.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree required.
