Adjunct Lecturer in Economics

Salary and Terms: Part-time position, with salary placement based on evaluation and experience.

Position Description:

The Stafford School of Business at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College invites applications for an adjunct faculty position in Economics to begin January 2024. This person will be responsible for teaching sections of Principles of Economics (micro and macro), and Business Statistics.

The faculty in this position will be expected to contribute to the development of students and serve the College. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching, and assist the school in advancing its mission and strategic priorities.

Required Qualifications Include:

-Minimum of a master's in Economics or a related field from an accredited institution

-Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, online course delivery methods and teaching at the undergraduate level.

-Superior written and oral communication skills.

-A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and business/community groups.
