Program Coordinator Job Number Full/Part Time Schedule Salary 31606825 75% Part Time 8AM - 5PM $56,982 - $81,683 Position Information Per the awarded NRT Project, UCR's Plants3D graduate training program seeks an individual to coordinate the program activities. The individual will work with the Director, the faculty Leadership team, and other individuals on and off campus to meet the program goals. This program, funded by the National Science Foundation, seeks to provide an exciting education and training environment for graduate students in science and engineering. Plants3D fosters team research projects that address challenges in agriculture and human health. The Program Coordinator will be engaged in the organization of program activities, including a variety of events and educational opportunities, student internships and travel, research competitions, program evaluation, and annual reporting, and the program website, Required

Experience Experience Requirement 2-4 years of related experience in a related job discipline or doctoral degree program. Minimum Requirements Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of faculty, students, staff, outside speakers and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrated skill and ability with accuracy, productivity, responsiveness, and reliability.
Solid organization skills and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.
Demonstrated skill in MS Office including advanced knowledge of Excel features.
Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns.
Knowledge of MSWord or Google platforms for writing, data analysis, and presentations.
Demonstrated ability to use Adobe, Google, and various internet tools.
Ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality.
Organized, result-oriented, motivated, and committed to advancing organizational priorities.
Preferred Qualifications Ability to solve problems using investigative/research and analytical reasoning.

Working knowledge of computer application WordPress.

Working knowledge of UC policies and procedures.

Demonstrated strategic leadership and project management skills.

Working knowledge of common organization-specific and other computer application programs.
