After-hours Radiology services are managed via third party final reads with rotating call shared among 3 Porter-based radiologists. For the appropriate individual, there are opportunities to practice up to 30% in one subspecialty area, either remotely or on-site at the UVMHN academic medical center. You’ll find UVM faculty and students studying the effects of climate change aboard the Melosira, a research vessel and floating lab; testing new vaccines at the on-campus medical center; launching local start-ups; and working with refugees at Burlington community centers.
