Job Responsibilities

Serves as an adjunct instructor for the Early Care and Education Program.


Classes taught can and may include:

Introduction to Early Childhood EducationGrowth and Development, Language ArtsCreative Experiences, Health, SafetyNutrition, Education, School-AgeYouth Development Other education coursework

The schedule includes day and/or evening classes, face-to-face, online, hybrid, or SOM (Synchronous Online Learning). Course location may include: Thornley, Palmer, Mt. Pleasant, or Dorchester Campus during the Fall, Spring, and Summer Semesters.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

This position requires a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a master’s degree in a closely related field with a minimum of 18 credit hours in Early Childhood Education.
