The Department of Mathematics at the University of Florida invites applications for a Lecturer (working title Instructional Assistant Professor) position to begin on August 16, 2024. The appointment is full-time, nine-month, non-tenure-accruing, and renewable annually. Candidates must have a substantial interest in lower-level curriculum development. Experience with both live and online teaching formats is a plus.

MS in mathematics or a closely related field with substantial coursework in mathematics (at least 18 credit hours of graduate mathematics courses) is required prior to the start of the appointment. Candidates should have a record of success in curriculum development and innovative teaching. Preferred Qualifications:
A Ph.D. in mathematics or a closely related field.
