Job Summary

This position assists candidates in preparation for Society of Human Resources Management Certification examinations (SHRM) (non-credit).

This course is scheduled to begin Feb. 2024 and will be for 12 weeks.

The position will report to the Manager of the Center of Continuing and Professional Education and does not have supervisory responsibilities for others

This class will be at our Cartersville Campus.

Responsibilities

Continuing Education Parapro/Professional Part Time

·Is responsible to understand, support, and carry out the college¿s mission, vision, and values and comply with mandates and regulations of government and accrediting bodies.

·Coordinates SHRM curriculum or content of classes, lectures, or other educational materials; delivers content as outlined in the instructor¿s materials

·Ensures consistency in syllabi, lesson plans, educational materials, assessments, and other appropriate course work based on SHRM guidelines

·Ensures adherence to college and safety requirements in classrooms by following established procedures

·Evaluate student progress in attaining goals, objectives, and learning outcomes

·Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

·Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field.

·SHRM Certification -CP Certified Professional or SCP Senior Certified Professional

Proposed Salary

The salary for this position is $3600.
