The Department of Physics provides quality education to undergraduates and graduate students in the area of Physics. The department awards Bachelor of Science degrees, Master of Science degrees, and a Doctoral degree in Biomedical Physics. The mission of the Department of Physics is to achieve quality in education, research, in teaching and in all of its programs.Job Duties :
Serve as primary assistant to the Assistant Chair of Undergraduate Studies. Make appointments, answer questions regarding program. Add class schedules online each semester and assist students with registration several times a year. Schedule seminars and other meetings. Assign classrooms using R25. Monitor budget and maintain accurate spreadsheets for departmental expenditures, Process travel documents, Reconcile ProCard statements, and other administrative duties as needed.Minimum Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.License or Certification required by statute or regulation:
