The current base salary range for this position is $74,600-$197,100. Position description

The Department of Philosophy at the University of California, Berkeley seeks applications for an Assistant/Associate/Full Professor (tenure track or tenured) position in the area of Ancient Greek and Roman Philosophy, with an expected start date of July 1, 2024.

Job responsibilities include teaching 3-4 courses/year at the graduate and undergraduate levels, and conducting thesis supervision. Area of Specialization: Ancient Greek and Roman Philosophy.

PhD (or equivalent international degree), or enrolled in PhD or equivalent international degree-granting program
at the time of application.
