Job Summary

Provides instruction to post-secondary students in assigned content areas, both technical and general education, and other related activities.

Typical Job Functions

• Provides instruction to post-secondary students in assigned content areas, and developing related instructional materials (such as syllabus, lectures, course materials, evaluation tools, classroom activities, and others)
• Instructors are also expected to maintain consistent office hours
• Expected to attend in-service meetings each semester

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in core subject area

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes. The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions.

Background Investigations:
