Job Summary

Join Suburban Hospital, Johns Hopkins Medicine as a valuable professional among a high performing, public health focused team. Collaborating in an in-person, fast-paced environment, the Manager of Community Health Improvement oversees the operation, prioritization, evaluation, strategic alignment and implementation of local health improvement initiatives. This role serves closely with the Director of Community Affairs and Population Health to support the hospital's Community Health Needs Assessment, Community Benefit operations, Social Determinants of Health, Health Equity, and Access to Care infrastructure.

Masters in Public Health Required

5-7 years of experience
