RN ICU Bridge Program - New Grad and Experienced RNs Welcome!
The ICU Bridge Program provides New Grad and Experienced RNs with a structured pathway to expand their nursing knowledge and advance their careers within a world-renowned health system.
Upon hire into our Neurosciences track, you will begin your career on one of our Neuro specialized progressive care units to build foundational knowledge and skills. Immerse yourself in our comprehensive education and training programs geared towards your professional growth. We will support your transition to the Neuro Critical Care Unit (or other ICU) about one year post-orientation so you are fully prepared to provide care for some of our most critically ill patients.
Brain Rescue Unit (Zayed 12 West) - 32 bed adult inpatient unit caring for both acute and intermediate care patients suffering from stroke, hemorrhage, brain & spinal tumors, carotid & vertebral disorders, & more.
Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (Zayed 12 East) - 32 bed inpatient unit that cares for patients of all ages! Our staff care for infants as well as adults who have various neurological disorders and those who have undergone various neuro surgeries.

All New Graduate RNs will be automatically enrolled in our yearlong Nurse Residency Program to facilitate your successful transition into professional nursing practice.
(Applicants with an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire)
