Air University is a federal degree-granting institution that provides the full spectrum of education, including undergraduate and graduate programs in specialized military disciplines, progressive career-long professional military education, professional continuing education, and professional development programs. Air University's Air Command and Staff College is seeking a highly qualified Professor of Organizational Leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in organizational leadership and the ability to develop an interdisciplinary skill set suitable for teaching professional military education courses. Expertise in subfields such as team building, conflict resolution, change management, and diversity and inclusion is highly desirable.

In addition to scholarly expertise, we are looking for candidates with practical experience in organizational leadership or related fields. This experience will help you to connect your teaching to the real-world challenges that military leaders face.

As a Professor of Organizational Leadership at Air Command and Staff College, you will have the opportunity to (1) Teach courses on a variety of topics related to organizational leadership, (2)  Develop new courses and curricula, (3)  Conduct research in your area of expertise, (4) Mentor and advise future military leaders

Air University is the intellectual and leadership-development center of the U.S. Air and Space Forces.
