Position Description:
Join us and build a rewarding career that supports the UCLA Alumni Association's connection to more than 600,000 alumni around the globe as a channel for networking, giving back, engaging and lifting the Bruin community. As the Program Coordinator for our Alumni Affairs' Regional Network team, you will assist our work with over 80 alumni networks around the world to ensure alumni are connected to UCLA no matter their distance from campus. You will also assist our Future Bruin Initiatives team on a variety of projects, initiatives and events that bring together alumni, parents and incoming students in support of UCLA's student recruitment goals. We invite you to bring your strong organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail and desire to provide excellent customer service to this role as a valued member of our team where you will receive the guidance, inspiration and resources to succeed.

As our Program Coordinator, you will manage projects to provide important administrative, operational and event support for all Regional and Future Bruin Initiatives programs and network events. You will serve as a point of contact for our student and alumni clients to answer inquiries and provide information. In addition, as our Program Coordinator, you will assist in creating, writing and editing event marketing materials as well as other program support duties. Special Instructions:
The budgeted hiring salary/target range for this position is the posted minimum to $30.17 hourly, with salary placement based on skills, knowledge, and experience.
