Job Details
The Assistant Graduation Coordinator will work with the Lead Graduation Coordinator and Graduation Specialist to complete all graduation processes for the Registrar’s Office and college. This position will assist with course substitutions, creating graduation files, conferrals, and printing diplomas. This position will also assist the Graduation Specialist with communication, data entry, scanning, filing, and customer service. In addition, this position serves on the Graduation Committee, supports needs for the ceremony, and assists with events such as High School Nights, classroom visits, and Graduation Fairs.
This position requires a bachelor's degree.
Preferred QualificationsExperience with Colleague, Etrieve, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and MS Teams are preferred. Ideal candidate will have experience in admissions, advising, financial aid, or records. The ability to collaborate in a team environment is essential. Excellent customer service is also essential.
