Job Details
Under the supervision of the department head and dean the program coordinator is responsible for the daily operations of the assigned instructional program(s). The coordinator is responsible for teaching courses, designing and developing curriculum, evaluating adjunct personnel and student performance, and advising students.
Minimum and Additional RequirementsThis position requires an associate degree in culinary, baking and pastry or related field and have two (2) years of progressively responsible related work/teaching experience. Preferred candidate will also have secondary or post-secondary culinary arts program teaching experience and certifications.
Preferred QualificationsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential. Candidate must be able to function in an environment characterized by continual changes in information technology.
