The Merced College Business Resource Center is seeking an Adjunct Management Professor who has high energy and can provide professional development training to local employers. Provided training includes topics such as leadership, employee engagement, customer service, conflict management, team building, well-being, and many more. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to work with diverse participants and organizations are a must! Previous training and facilitation experience is desired.

General Description:
This is a part-time instructional assignment under the general direction of the Dean of Career Technical Education. The professor will teach a range of courses management courses for the Customer Service Academy. The maximum teaching load is 10 units per semester, which may include evening and weekend hours.

Interview Information:

Employee Benefits:
Sick leave, faculty employed on a part-time hourly basis shall earn sick leave credit at the rate of one (1) hour for each twenty (20) hours of paid service.
