Job Description:

The College of Fine Arts and Communication is currently seeking an Office Assistant.

Hours needed to work: hours are flexible and can be determined with your supervisor. Office hours are 8am – 5pm and occasional evening or weekend event.

Duties will include greeting guests, filing paperwork, scanning, preparing spreadsheets as assigned, organizing and inventorying supplies, performing general light cleaning, and helping to set up College events.

Hourly rate $12 per hour.
