Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Assists in maintaining records, filing systems and I-9 Forms.
  • Assembles and compiles basic data according to specific instructions.
  • Receives, sorts and distributes incoming materials.
  • Delivers and picks up interoffice mail across campus.
  • Assists with Human Resources Office projects as directed.
  • Operates office equipment such as personal computers, calculators, facsimile machines, and photocopiers.
  • Provides backup support to front desk and others as directed
  • Research and compiles data collection as directed, types reports and compiles benefits and employment packages.
  • Prepares, reviews, and verifies documents for completeness, accuracy, timeliness and compliance with procedures.
  • Agrees to accept other duties and responsibilities commensurate with the position.


Required to have a minimum of an associate degree with experience in business and office/clerical work.


Must have a minimum of three (3) years of full-time administrative work experience.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities :

Must have comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and various computer programs as needed.
