Primary Purpose of the Position:Minimum Education And Experience Requirements::
The Director’s primary responsibility is to execute a career development and planning program integrated with the academic preparedness of FSU students. The Director collaborates with all units within the university as well as local, regional, and national organizations seeking to hire FSU students for cooperative education/internship opportunities and full-time and part-time employment. The Director serves as an integral member of the leadership team of the Division of University Advancement. He/She is responsible for developing policy, implementing procedures, developing and obtaining budget approval, training staff, and managing the day-to-day operations within the office. As well as implementing placement and career services programs for students and alumni of Fayetteville State University.
Master’s Degree in counseling, student personnel administration, management, business administration or related field.
