Job Details
The Section of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Boston University School of Medicine/ Boston Medical is seeking a Clinical Investigator to join its program in Breast Oncology. This rapidly expanding, multi-disciplinary program is focused on providing exceptional clinical care and performing high-impact research in breast oncology. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise as well as an interest in clinical/translational research. Opportunities within the program include participation and leadership in clinical trials and collaborations with both internal and external laboratory-based investigators pursuing a range of basic and translational research projects. Research in health disparities represents a particularly strong opportunity for development. The successful candidate will also engage in teaching students, residents, and fellows in the ambulatory and inpatient settings.
Required SkillsQualified candidates will possess an MD or MD/PhD and be board certified in Medical Oncology. Candidates will be licensed or eligible for a medical license in the state of Massachusetts. Academic rank will be based on qualifications and experience.
