Job Responsibilities

The position reports to the Director of the Student Success Center. The Enrollment Specialist provides assistance to potential and enrolled students by performing admissions/registrar functions, conducts orientation and academic advising, provides testing services, financial aid information and support, and additional enrollment duties as assigned.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

This position requires a bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Ideal candidate will have related work experience with student services. The position must be able to work effectively in a diverse and fast-paced environment and maintain an office in a professional manner with a quality customer service approach. Strong interpersonal skills; effective written, oral, and computer communication skills; and the ability to work with a minimum degree of supervision is essential.
