Job Details
- Oversee the graduate admissions functions including directly supervising the senior graduate and international staff and managing the entire graduate team. Responsible for hiring and onboarding staff members, providing continuous training and development, completing annual performance reviews and feedback to assist with performance improvement, professional development, and skills/competency development.Assist with the development and execution of a strategic graduate recruitment plan. Research statistical analysis with multiple data sources to assist with recruitment efforts and yield initiatives.Use data to develop an understanding of the state & national landscape while also implementing a comprehensive national recruitment plan designed to attract and enroll competitive graduate students.
- Develop pipelines for graduate recruitment through internal and external partnerships with private business and organizations. Work with senior leaders on the admissions and Graduate Studies staff to ensure success with graduate admissions. The position serves as a member of the Director’s management team.
- Oversee the marketing and outreach initiatives, Salesforce email communications, event planning logistics for graduate events, information sessions, orientation, data analysis, lead/pipeline development, website management, graduate studies policies, new program development, and more.
