The Department of Physical Therapy within the College of Health, Arts & Sciences (HAS) at the Klamath Falls campus of Oregon Tech invites applications for the position of Administrative Program Assistant . This 12-month, Full-Time (1.0 FTE) position provides general office support for the General Instruction unit within the College of HAS. The Administrative Program Assistant also provides support for the Physical Therapy department as required.

Classification Requirements:

Three years of office experience which included two years at full performance level and experience generating documents AND lead work responsibility or coordination of office procedures.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively and respectfully work, communicate, and collaborate in diverse, multicultural, and inclusive settings
  • Ability to work effectively in high-traffic and frequent interruption environment; including the ability to adapt to changing priorities in an effective and efficient manner
  • Demonstrated experience in data handling and/or data entry
  • Demonstrated experience in the handling of sensitive and/or confidential information
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as databases and specialized programs

Preferred Qualfications:

  • Previous health office experience
