Job Description:

The Department of Modern Languages and Literatures at Sarah Lawrence College seeks a full-time guest faculty member for the Spring semester in 2024. The appointment will be to continue to teach two year-long courses Beginning Italian and Intermediate Italian, which will have begun in the fall.
Candidates should submit a C.V., proposed syllabi for either course, a statement of teaching philosophy, two letters of recommendation, and examples of past course evaluations.

Compensation will be 10.5K-14K a course a semester, based on teaching experience.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over the sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Required Qualifications:

M.A, Ph.D. or ABD required at time of appointment; teaching experience is also a must.

Requirements for Employment:
