Immerse yourself in a state-of-the-art facility boasting 9 private beds, specifically designed to deliver exceptional care to adult patients undergoing short-term observation for a range of medical conditions.

As a dedicated Registered Nurse in our unit, you'll have the opportunity to provide specialized care to individuals experiencing syncope, chest pain, hyperglycemia, dehydration, and mild asthma/COPD. Our goal is to offer an innovate alternative to discharge or traditional hospital admissions, providing extended observation periods (typically less than 72 hours) for emergency department patients who could benefit from additional monitoring and evaluation.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS: Rotating and Night shifts

Qualifications and Education:

• RN license in Maryland or compact state
• CPR (AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network)
• AA degree in Nursing
• BSN preferred or must obtain in 4 years
• Previous experience as a patient care tech or student nurse tech is helpful;

All New Graduate RNs will be automatically enrolled in our year-long Nurse Residency Program to facilitate your successful transition into professional nursing practice.
