This Clinical Assistant/Associate/Professor of ForensicToxicology/Chemistry position serves in the School of Forensic Sciences at theOSU Center for Health Sciences (OSU-CHS) in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Thisposition serves in the Forensic Sciences Graduate Certificate, M.S., D.F.S.,and Ph.D. programs and is actively engaged in both teaching and laboratoryfunctions. The position will workcollaboratively with faculty members in the School of Forensic Sciences, aswell as local and state agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary instructor for coursework in the Forensic Sciences Graduate Certificate, M.S., D.F.S., and Ph.D.
- Make admission decisions on students applying to the Forensic Sciences Graduate Certificate, M.S., D.F.S., and Ph.D. programs
- Serve as faculty advisor and Chair of committees for students in the Forensic Sciences Graduate Certificate, M.S., D.F.S., and Ph.D programs
- Supervise student research and projects in the laboratory
- Provide oversight of the laboratory including the purchase and maintenance of equipment
- Supervise student and staff laboratory technicians
- Provide professional consultation and laboratory work on institutional contracts as requested
- Work collaboratively with State, federal, and other institutions as necessary
- Other duties as assigned by the Chair, Vice Provost or Provost. Duties could include, but are not limited to, Departmental Committees, College Committees, University Committees, or curriculum review assignments

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, carry,push, and pull 20 pounds. Ability tostoop, reach, stand, walk, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and performrepetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodations. Sufficientto carry out specific job functions of a Clinical Assistant/Associate/Professor.
Position Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related field from an accredited university
